    Design & Approval: Next, we develop a detailed design mock-up and timeline. A virtual design meeting is scheduled for revisions and final approval.

    Contract & Payment: Once you approve the design and timeline, we send a contract along with an invoice for initial payments. Work begins only after the contract is signed and payments are received.

    Mural Execution & Final Walkthrough: We coordinate pre-project details, execute the mural, and complete a final walkthrough with you before final payment is collected.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Total Project Fee: $700 (flat fee) plus any applicable travel fees.

    Payment Breakdown:

    • Concept Design Fee: $100 due within one week of the consultation call.
    • Deposit: $300 due upon signing the contract, approving the design mock-up/timeline (typically within 3 days of design approval).
    • Travel Fee: Calculated during consultation; due at the time of deposit.
    • Final Payment: $300 collected in person at the final walkthrough (cash or PayPal accepted).

    Note: All initial payments (concept fee, deposit, and travel fee) must be received before any mural work commences.

  • What is the project timeline?

    Quick Turnaround: Our process is designed for rapid execution. Some projects may be completed in as little as 48 hours from design approval.

    Custom Timelines: Larger projects or those with additional requirements will have a timeline set during the consultation and design phase.

    Communication: You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process to ensure transparency and keep you informed on progress.

  • What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations after contract signing and deposit payment may incur a cancellation fee as detailed in your contract.
